I’m a woman in my 40s, mom, wife, daughter, friend, and lifelong student of movement and wellness.
I’ve been teaching fitness for over a decade and have explored just about every format out there. But yoga captured my heart more than ten years ago for the way it beautifully blends physical health with mental wellbeing.

Through my classes, I love showing people that anyone can do yoga — and that it’s about so much more than flexibility. It’s about building awareness, balance (both literal and metaphorical), strength, and mobility in a way that supports your body and mind for life. You can find me teaching throughout the Atlanta area at local studios or in private sessions. 

Beyond the mat, I’m passionate about bringing women together to focus on wellness and connection. I host community events that range from pop-up yoga and meditation sessions to group walks, coffee gatherings, and educational workshops.

I’m also the host of Wellness After 40, a podcast where I dive into all things midlife — from health and fitness to finances, parenting, motivation, skincare, and more — with inspiring guests who share their expertise and stories. 

My mission is to create spaces where people can move with intention, care for their bodies, and connect with others — through classes, community, and conversations that support whole-person wellbeing.
