About the event

Join us for Moments of Movement, a one-hour women’s walk along the beautiful Chattahoochee River. We’ll meet at the Cochrane Shoals parking lot at the very end of Columns Drive (follow Columns Drive until it dead ends). Our group will gather at the front entrance of the trail — you can’t miss it! Come enjoy mindful walking, gentle conversation, and connection with women in a similar stage of life.
